Is your IBS diagnosis incorrect??

Bloating, wind, burping, flatulence, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal pain and increasing sensitivities to foods (despite already removing 'trigger' foods) are symptoms I hear ALL the time relating to bowels.

Frustration, anxiety, financial burden, depression, reduced quality of life, time lost from work or activities result from the above physical symptoms, despite endless appointments with your doctor, gastroenterologist or other specialist to try and figure out why your body isn't quite right.

You may have already had extensive testing and procedures from your GP and Gastroenterologist.  You may have had breath testing for lactose/ fructose malabsorption. Maybe your breath tests came back positive and you have already made changes, yet only feel marginally better.
.
The answer could be SIBO.

Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth may explain the IBS symptoms experienced in around 60% of IBS sufferers. It may also be the reason for your fructose or lactose malabsorption.

New consensus guidelines were put out in 2017, however many breath testing labs have not updated their reporting to reflect these guidelines.

So, if you are experiencing frustrating IBS symptoms, it would be worth chatting with a SIBO savvy practitioner like myself.

My fingers are hurting. I don't know what's happening to it. I just remembered that everytime we feel some kind of unusual pain, it's possible that the energy of this pain had travelled from a different lifetime. If you died from a car accident that injured your ankles, you might feel that in your next life as an unexplained pain. One must have a deep understanding of why that thing happened. It is the only way the pain could ever go away. You need to remember that you have caused the same pain to others and that is why you are suffering today.

Hi Alison, Was hoping to get some guidance regarding a client with hydrogen specific SIBO. Would you be able to get in touch with myself please? Thanks Krish :)
