Eating Disorders and Disordered Behaviours Around Food
Every person deserves to have a positive relationship with food and their body. These days however there is so much information telling us what we should and shouldn't eat, and how we should look that it is easy to lose trust in what you intuitively know.
I help people with disordered eating patterns including binge eating disorder, emotional eating, anorexia, bulimia, or simply feeling like food is not your friend.
With a compassionate and a non-judgmental perspective, I listen and can help you navigate through your issues using evidence based approaches such as the Principles of Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size*.
You can turn your back on the negative diet culture once and for all and help reduce the distress you feel around food. I will work with you to help you get back in touch with what you already know, and share some insight into what else you may need to re-connect with your body with more kindness and compassion.
